My Mother always said I was her miracle child, because I was born when she was 43 years old, most people thought she was too old to give birth without any deformities or mental illness. I learned how to play the piano when I was 5 years old, I wanted to become a famous pianist but my Mother did not want me to play the piano for money only for Church events, so I lost interest in playing the piano but I regret that decision.

My Father passed away when I was 9 years old after having his 3rd heart attack. I think if he would have lived until I turned 18 years old, I would have made a lot of different decisions.

I have always wanted to be self-employed, when I was 10 years old, I would bake cookies and cakes using Hasbro's Easy-Bake Oven, which some people thought was just a little girl's toy oven that used a 60 watt light bulb to cook, then I would sell the cookies and cakes for $1.00. At the age of 15 years old, I would charge my brothers and their friends $1.00 to turn pants and jeans that did not reach their ankles anymore into shorts that were just below their knees. Also, at the age of 15 years old, I started measuring my friends to make custom jeans for them without a PATTERN, just freehand cut the fabric and jean material  based on their measurements then sew the jeans on an old sewing machine my mother purchased from a second-hand store.
