The Hasbros are an American indie alt/pop band from Queens, New York who played their earliest gigs at CBGB’s and other NYC clubs. The band includes guitarists Ken O’Connor and Bob Hanophy, drummer Joe Gorelick (Garden Variety/Red Hare) and bass player Tom Cavanaugh (Lita Ford/Pop Smart Overdrive). 
Their 2018 LP, “Cart Before The Horse” received rave reviews. Their follow-up, “God Hates The Hasbros” is out now. The Hasbros play a unique brand of melodic post punk pop. The band has drawn influences from 60's rock, 70's punk, 80's new wave, jazz, noise and everything in between. While melodic, The band isn't afraid to apply sandpaper as needed.
