2022 #AfroBeat #Song "Bam Bam" by Joey Jaey

Listen on Apple Music

Joey Jaey is a Canadian/Nigerian singer, songwriter and music producer .
When the global pandemic hit the world in 2020, Joey reignited his passion for songwriting. In June 2020, he released his first single Friends featuring Ajuju and Mayer, and his debut EP 'Discovery' which can be described as a fusion of different music genres - including Pop, Afrobeat and Reggaetón.

In 2021, Joey Jaey released five singles entitled ‘Treat You Right’, ‘Rigmarole’ ft. Meyar, ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ ft. Tariq, ‘Diamond Hands’ and his latest, ‘Love Potion’.  Joey is a singer, songwriter and vocalist who is quite experimental with the music he creates. This is evident in his past releases which are heavily influenced by R&B and Soul.
But this is the first time he's taken a musical detour into Nigeria's most popular genre, Afrobeats. 'Bam Bam' has all the markings of a viral hit, especially with the seamless delivery of engaging lyrics over excellent production.

2022 #Dance #Song "Tivoli" by Agenda Ambiente

Listen on Apple Music

Together with Agenda Ambiente you can enjoy leftfield EDM and dance-oriented electronica, with a good deal of house, techno and trance influences (some would argue that they are all the same. I don't, whilst acknowledging that EDM is the mothership of other sub-genres). The beat is the basis: this is dance music!

Me, I'm a Swedish expat enjoying life in Central America, in the land of eternal spring Guatemala. Where I come from, it often felt that winter lasted forever. Minus 25C? Not unusual. Here, it's spring all year around. Plus 25C? More or less always. This does have a positive effect on my output.

My father played the organ and the accordion, so I was surrounded by music from the start. I bought my first synthesizer when I was 17, but waited until last year before I published my first album. This was soon followed by many more.

#Author Mike Michalowicz #eBooks and #Audiobooks #SmallBusiness #Entrepreneurship #Books like The Pumpkin Plan and The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur

Each year Americans start one million new businesses, nearly 80 percent of which fail within the first five years. Under such pressure to stay alive—let alone grow—it’s easy for entrepreneurs to get caught up in a never-ending cycle of “sell it—do it, sell it—do it” that leaves them exhausted, frustrated, and unable to get ahead no matter how hard they try.
This is the exact situation Mike Michalowicz found himself in when he was trying to grow his first company. Although it was making steady money, there was never very much left over and he was chasing customers left and right, putting in twenty-eight-hour days, eight days a week. The punishing grind never let up. His company was alive but stunted, and he was barely breathing. That’s when he discovered an unlikely source of inspiration—pumpkin farmers.

After reading an article about a local farmer who had dedicated his life to growing giant pumpkins, Michalowicz realized the same process could apply to growing a business. He tested the Pumpkin Plan on his own company and transformed it into a remarkable, multimillion-dollar industry leader. First he did it for himself. Then for others. And now you. So what is the Pumpkin Plan?

Plant the right seeds: Don’t waste time doing a bunch of different things just to please your customers. Instead, identify the thing you do better than anyone else and focus all of your attention, money, and time on figuring out how to grow your company doing it. Weed out the losers: In a pumpkin patch small, rotten pumpkins stunt the growth of the robust, healthy ones. The same is true of customers. Figure out which customers add the most value and provide the best opportunities for sustained growth. Then ditch the worst of the worst. Nurture the winners: Once you figure out who your best customers are, blow their minds with care. Discover their unfulfilled needs, innovate to make their wishes come true, and overdeliver on every single promise.

Full of stories of other successful entrepreneurs, The Pumpkin Plan guides you through unconventional strategies to help you build a truly profitable blue-ribbon company that is the best in its field.

I'm a Canadian musician, songwriter & producer. Primarily a saxophonist and vocalist, but I also play some other instruments and enjoy creating music in my home studio, with the help of some outstanding guest musicians.

The past two years has been a period of high immersion in my studio as I've been working hard on a set of original songs (along with videos) for individual release and later as an album. In addition, it has been fun to collaborate on some side projects with both old and new musical friends!
